AKP Connect social groups

At AKP Supports, we provide exceptional community supports to individuals with disabilities. Our compassionate and highly trained staff are on our social groups to help facilitate and build relationships in the community. We understand that every individual has unique needs, which is why we prioritise connections through social interactions tailored to each person's needs and likes. Our goal is to help our participants maintain their independence and improve their quality of life, while building their capacity in a group setting.
